Out of Cycle Audits
If you wish to amend your services as a registered NDIS provider, you can undertake an out -of-cycle audit at any time, and add in or remove services/registration groups.
Change the Scope of your Services
Add or remove classes of support and services.
Contact Connektivity to discuss whether your changes require an out-of-cycle audit.
Complete and Submit a Variation of Registration Form
Contact the NDIS Commission to receive a Variation of Registration form. Complete this form and then submit for review.
Next Steps
The NDIS Commission will review your submission and provide an initial scope of audit document outlining your audit requirements.
Book an Approved Quality Auditor
Book an audit with an approved quality auditor who will assess you against the NDIS Practice Standards regarding the new services.
Undertaking the Audit
Your approved quality auditor will (depending on the services you wish to provide) review your documentation and conduct interviews with you in person, to ensure compliance with the NDIS practice standards.
Post Audit
Your auditor will submit their findings to the NDIS Commission, who will review the report and make a decision on the extension of your services.
Outcome
The NDIS Commission will notify you of the outcome of your request.
