NDIS Certification Audit
Certification Audit for High-Risk Services
Certification audits are for all providers who offer medium- or high-risk services to participants. If you want to provide any of the services from the core module or supplementary groups, you’ll need to undertake a certification audit. Once you receive your registration you’ll need to undertake a mid-term audit after 18 months and a renewal audit after three years, in order to maintain your registration.
We connect you with one of our trusted consultants who will guide you in preparing and personalising all the necessary documentation for your NDIS business. This includes all policies and procedures, in compliance with current NDIS legislation.
Certification Audit Stages
Stage 1
A desktop audit where the auditor will remotely review and assess your documents against the NDIS practice standards.
Stage 2
An in-person audit involving an interview your approved quality auditor. If you have participants and staff, a sample selection will be interviewed.
Connektivity guides through the preparation for your certification audit, offering a seamless and stress-free experience.
You’ll be fully prepared after receiving comprehensive support and guidance throughout your journey with us. We partner with you every step of the way, right up until a positive recommendation report is submitted to the NDIS Commission.
