Corrective Action Plan
Corrective Action Plan
The need for a Corrective Action Plan occurs if the approved quality auditor finds any non-conformities at your audit. This plan enables you to fix these issues, get the plan back to your auditor and continue to offer high-quality services.
Corrective Action Plan Notification
Your approved quality auditor will let you know if you need to undertake a corrective action plan addressing any minor or major non-conformities.
Preparation
Review your practices and policies to fix the identified issues. Update your documents, train staff and make the necessary changes.
Return the Corrective Action Plan to your Auditor
Return your corrective action plan to your auditor within the required timeframe.
Next Steps
A follow up audit will take place to ensure the non-conformities have been addressed.
Audit Report
Your auditor will then send their report to the NDIS Commission, recommending you for registration.
